Dracula's Ball April 11th, 2014

Looking out of our office window today, we can actually see more than half of the lawn. The last time we could see all of the grass was in mid-January, before this monstrous winter covered everything in snow. We had to push back our winter Dracula's Ball to April 11th. But, we think you're going to be very happy with the event.

Our first Dracula's Ball event of 2014 will take place on April 11th at the historic Trocadero Theatre in Philadelphia. Our performers for this event include Rasputina, Bella Morte and DJ Kangal.

Doors open at 9pm and our event ends at 2am. Tickets are $16 and are on sale now through Ticketfly (fees apply), Digital Ferret (in person - no fees) and IsoTank (online, $0.50 per ticket credit card fee). We'll keep our website and Facebook page updated with ticket information.

Please RSVP to this event on Facebook. You can also use our event page to invite your Facebook friends to the party.

Artists Appearing at Dracula's Ball, April 2014

RASPUTINA: The Ladies' Cello Society returns to Dracula's Ball after a long absence. Fans will be pleased to know that this is an exclusive show; the band is not on tour. Those who don't know Rasputina (didn't you hear their song "Transylvanian Concubine" on Buffy The Vampire Slayer?) are in for a treat. Cellos are the focus of the group, but forget stuffy chamber music. With quirky lyrics, female vocals and lots of groove, Rasputina is charming and engaging.
STAGE TIME - 10:35pm (See Video)

BELLA MORTE: Bella Morte performed at the very first Dracula's Ball event in May of 1998, and they still rock as hard now as they did then. Elements of punk, industrial, goth and metal are all part of their sound, but their performance style is pure rock 'n' roll. Prepare to pump your fist, bop your head and move your feet.
STAGE TIME - 12:05am (See Video)

Our DJ for the downstairs level will be DJ Kangal. There is a separate dancefloor on the second floor in the 21+ area; our DJ for this room will be announced later today on our Facebook page.

We've finally added an official "Mirror" profile that will have the same information as the first profile. If you're already friends with us on Facebook, please don't add our new mirror profile as another friend. Both pages will be updated with the same information.

Details, Some of Which Will Be Familiar to You

The location for all of our Dracula's Ball events during 2014 will be the historic Trocadero Theatre in Philadelphia. As always, the Ball is open to all ages, but you must be 21+ with proper photo ID to drink. Personal photo cameras are welcome. Large professional camera rigs with unpleasant flash bulbs are not. Video cameras are not allowed.

Our Facebook page is frequently updated with news on ticket availability and other matters. You can also use Facebook to officially RSVP to the Ball, Share links to the Ball on your own page and see how many of your friends have already RSVP'd to the event.

We are very pleased to kick off our first event of 2014. We have some great bands already lined up for the rest of the year. Shake off the winter and join us on April 11th!

Best wishes,

[Patrick] & Dracula's Ball Staff
